📋 Description

• Lead and design the research strategy for Applied GenAI projects, setting technical standards and frameworks for enterprise-wide execution.

• Propel innovation in GenAI applications across various business units, crafting unique solutions for a range of use-cases while maintaining consistent quality and performance.

• Make informed decisions regarding GenAI model architectures, training methodologies, and deployment strategies that can scale across the organization.

• Mentor and support Data Scientists, promoting a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing among teams.

• Oversee cross-functional initiatives to standardize GenAI practices, partnering with senior leadership to align technical strategy with business objectives and ensure successful integration.

• Represent CrowdStrike's technical prowess through publications, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership.

• Establish best practices, technical standards, and evaluation frameworks for GenAI implementation that can be widely adopted across the company.

• Design and implement processes to democratize GenAI capabilities, ensuring accessibility and usability for various teams and skill levels.

• Develop documentation, guidelines, and training resources to facilitate successful GenAI adoption throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of hands-on machine learning/research experience, showcasing leadership in developing production-grade models.

• Profound expertise in LLM training and deployment at scale.

• Strong experience in technical leadership, including mentoring teams and shaping technical strategy.

• Advanced proficiency in Python, Deep Learning frameworks, and cloud technologies.

• Expert-level understanding of GPU technologies and optimization methods.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Proven track record of addressing complex technical challenges at scale.
