Data Scientist, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Design and develop machine learning and AI models for business applications.

• Train, evaluate, and deploy models using Amazon SageMaker.

• Implement generative AI solutions with Amazon Bedrock.

• Prepare and transform data while ensuring quality and availability.

• Collaborate with teams to bring models into production following MLOps best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in similar roles.

• Strong experience with Amazon SageMaker.

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock (generative AI).

• Knowledge of the AWS ecosystem (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).

• Experience in developing and deploying models in production.

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries.

• Experience in model evaluation and monitoring.

• Understanding of MLOps and best versioning practices.

• Desirable

• Experience in NLP or foundational models.

• Experience integrating models into APIs or applications.

• Knowledge in cost optimization within AWS.
