Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Conducting discussions and mapping the current process related to data registration at the service desk.

• Establishing and executing workshops to enhance the importance of data quality.

• Leading evaluation discussions following the workshops conducted.

• Making recommendations for both the organization and the service desk.

• Creating an advisory report that includes a plan for improvements.

• Participating in a pilot program to implement a new TOPdesk module as a tool for staff and users to address inquiries.

• Testing the functionality of a chatbot with AI tooling.

• Strong stakeholder management is crucial for this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed education in Information Management or certification in Information Management training.

• Extensive experience with data science projects.

• Proven work experience specifically focused on data quality and improvement initiatives in data-driven organizations.

• Knowledge and experience with TOPdesk or another comparable ITSM tool.

• Experience in delivering presentations and conducting workshops.
