This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design, develop, validate, and sustain predictive and prescriptive models across travel, risk, and location sectors.
• Utilize statistical techniques, machine learning, and experimentation to enhance data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Create domain-specific metrics, benchmarks, and risk scoring systems.
• Convert customer challenges and market demands into analytical solutions and data products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to establish value propositions, pricing inputs, and metrics for success.
• Define data quality standards, validation procedures, and anomaly detection strategies.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, and ethical AI guidelines in regulated settings.
• Support the lineage, explainability, and auditability of analytical outputs.
• Work closely with Data Engineers to guarantee model-ready, dependable data pipelines.
• Partner with Machine Learning Engineers to scale operationalize models.
• Clearly convey insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 7 - 8+ years of experience in applied data science positions.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries.
• Proficient in translating data into compelling narratives.
• Experience in delivering customer-facing, revenue-generating data products.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
