This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Examine and evaluate modifications in public voter registration records and absentee ballot information.

• Deliver timely insights and responses to data inquiries for election officials.

• Compose and present user-friendly data reports.

• Perform legal and policy research to provide context in reports.

• Collaborate with colleagues across Protect Democracy for data analysis and tailored tools.

• Enhance and augment existing data by integrating external datasets.

• Develop and improve standards for reporting and best practices.

• Foster and sustain relationships with partners within the election community.

• Passion for public or civic data and a dedication to non-partisan, data-driven analysis.

• Capability to narrate a clear story using data in both written and verbal presentations.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Possession of a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Competence in tracking, prioritizing, and managing work effectively.
