This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Taking charge of the complete model development lifecycle for pricing, demand forecasting, and elasticity estimation; deploying models in Azure ML and Databricks.
• Executing prescriptive analytics through optimization techniques, including Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Programming, or Reinforcement Learning.
• Establishing and maintaining feature stores, model monitoring systems, and drift checks utilizing MLflow (covering metrics, alerts, and lineage).
• Designing and conducting A/B tests or quasi-experiments to evaluate revenue, pricing uplift, and the impact on PCP attach rates.
• Utilizing SHAP/LIME and other model interpretability tools to elucidate the factors influencing model behavior to Revenue Management partners.
• 2–4 years of practical Data Science experience in delivering production-quality ML solutions.
• Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, XGBoost), Spark/Delta, SQL, Azure ML, Databricks, and MLflow; knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of experimental design, statistical testing, and the fundamentals of causal inference.
• Capability to convert technical concepts into actionable business insights; adept at stakeholder alignment and cross-functional communication.
• Proven experience in communicating insights, assumptions, risks, and trade-offs in clear, concise, and executive-ready formats.
