This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take full ownership of comprehensive modeling for LTV, user segmentation, retention, and marketing efficiency to guide media optimization and value attribution.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Revenue Operations to enhance SEM performance, forecast high-value cohorts, and drive strategic bidding and targeting efforts.
• Partner closely with Product Insights and General Managers (GMs) to establish core metrics, KPIs, and success frameworks for new product launches and features.
• Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior, funnel performance, and product engagement to reveal actionable insights.
• Track and clarify changes in key product metrics, identifying underlying causes and their impact on the business.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design and sustain scalable data pipelines that facilitate machine learning workflows, model retraining, and real-time inference.
• Develop predictive models for conversion, churn, revenue, and engagement utilizing regression, classification, or time-series methods.
• Identify prospects for prescriptive analytics and automation within critical product and marketing workflows.
• Assist in creating reusable ML pipelines for production-scale applications in product recommendations, lead scoring, and SEM planning.
• Convey insights and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders—from individual contributors to executives—in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Convert business requirements into data challenges and complex insights into strategic action plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Business Intelligence, and Marketing to execute and implement your work.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Over 5 years of experience in data science, growth analytics, or decision science positions.
• Proficient in SQL and Python (including Pandas, Scikit-learn, and NumPy).
• Practical experience with Tableau, Looker, or comparable Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of LTV modeling, retention curves, cohort analysis, and media attribution.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, Meta, or other performance marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Day off on the 3rd Friday of every month (resulting in one long weekend each month).
