This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey phases and essential business metrics.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to explore problems and opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and design and carry out experiments.
• Guide the development of future experimental designs and roadmaps by performing exploratory analyses to gain insights into user engagement behaviors.
• Develop personalized segmentation strategies utilizing propensity models to target offers and experiences based on user characteristics.
• Recognize significant trends and create automated reporting and executive-facing dashboards to monitor the progress of acquisition, monetization, and engagement trends.
• Derive actionable insights from the analysis of extensive, complex, multi-dimensional customer behavior datasets.
• Supervise and evaluate a large number of experiments aimed at optimizing the product for user experience and revenue, while promoting best practices for multivariate testing.
• Articulate complex concepts into business implications through exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Identify the most critical factors and prioritize them effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design, User Research, and senior executives, to execute and iterate swiftly.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field: Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience utilizing analytics to influence key business decisions, including business/product/marketing analytics, business intelligence, and strategy consulting.
• A proven history of working independently and proactively engaging with business stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Extensive experience with SQL and handling large unstructured datasets, such as Hadoop.
• A thorough understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and common analytical methods, including regression and decision trees.
• A solid foundation in conducting multivariate experiments to enhance a product or revenue stream.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting, along with knowledge of statistical software packages such as R or Python, is an advantage.
