This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Create AI-enhanced financial models for risk management, liquidity forecasting, and market analysis.

• Utilize symbolic AI, logical reasoning, and agent-based AI to enhance decision-making in DeFi.

• Partner with engineers and researchers to develop state-of-the-art AI tools tailored for finance.

• Evaluate and manipulate extensive financial datasets to ensure the precision and efficiency of AI models.

• Modify traditional Basel II/III risk management frameworks to suit DeFi settings.

• Promote the use of AI tools for financial analysis and automation.

• Extensive experience in data science, AI, or quantitative finance.

• Knowledge of financial markets, risk management, or DeFi.

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.

• Understanding of blockchain data and DeFi protocols (preferred but not mandatory).

• Capacity to convey complex data insights to cross-functional teams.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with smart contracts, blockchain analytics, and DeFi governance.

• Experience in deploying and optimizing machine learning models.
