Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with a senior member of our research team on pioneering Applied AI, infrastructure, and tools aimed at democratizing Generative AI for all.

• Develop a RAG pipeline utilizing internal documents.

• Construct a Python library leveraging AWS services to facilitate GenAI for large enterprises.

• Open-source internal tools.

• Implement neural network architectures based on recently published research.

• Work on tools that interact with fine-tuned models, vector databases, embeddings, and more.

• Create more realistic simulations for training our agents.

• Design automated methods and tools to mitigate common challenges in neural network training (such as overfitting, vanishing gradients, dead ReLUs, etc.).

• Generate visualizations to enhance our understanding of what our networks learn and the reasons behind it.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly proficient in Python programming.

• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and engineering mathematics.

• Familiarity with PyTorch and training deep neural networks is advantageous but not essential.

• Enthusiastic about contributing to open-source code.

• Committed to engineering best practices.

• Capable of working independently and self-directed.

• Proficient English language skills are essential.
