Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance Data Science and Generative AI solutions tailored to the company's offerings;

• Design architectures for intelligent agents and conversational workflows utilizing LLMs;

• Construct RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines that combine structured and unstructured data;

• Develop predictive models and Machine Learning algorithms for scenarios in agribusiness;

• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and corporate systems;

• Engage in the monitoring, evaluation, and continuous enhancement of models in production;

• Ensure the implementation of best practices for security, governance, and data isolation in multi-tenant environments;

• Assist in cross-domain analytical initiatives, linking various verticals and data sources;

• Share technical best practices and help foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines;

• Practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs);

• Strong proficiency in Python applied to Data Science and AI;

• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar;

• Understanding of RAG techniques, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases;

• Experience with both supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning algorithms;

• Proficient in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and XGBoost;

• Knowledge of model monitoring and operational practices in production (LLMOps);

• Experience in integrating APIs and managing data from diverse sources;

• Analytical and collaborative mindset with robust problem-solving abilities.
