Data Scientist – AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design and implement data science and AI models tailored for industrial applications

• Convert business challenges into analytical strategies and solutions

• Conduct data exploration, preparation, and feature engineering

• Collaborate with Data Engineers to guarantee data availability and usability

• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure relevance and impactful outcomes

• Assist in the deployment of models in production settings

• Track and enhance model performance over time

• Contribute to the establishment of scalable AI capabilities and best practices

• Present results and insights in a clear and business-focused manner

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Several years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics

• Proficient programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL)

• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling techniques

• Familiarity with industrial or operational data is a significant advantage

• Background in model deployment and MLOps concepts is beneficial

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills with a solid understanding of business
