Data Scientist, AI Agent Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Engage in and lead research focused on decision-quality analysis and the ongoing enhancement of the project.

• Design and investigate statistical algorithms and machine learning models; utilize SQL and Python to verify and develop production applications for large language models (LLMs).

• Extract and evaluate data to confirm hypotheses and provide measurable, actionable insights with clear directions for implementation.

• Support the creation of analytical reports and technical documentation; collaborate with the team to advance project development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field).

• **Proficiency in Python**: capable of independently writing scripts for data processing and analysis (using libraries such as pandas, numpy, etc.).

• **Experience with at least one end-to-end project** where you managed the work from inception to completion with a concrete deliverable.

• **Understanding of Statistics / ML fundamentals**: strong grasp of statistical models, training machine learning models, and evaluation metrics (precision, recall, confusion matrix, false positives/negatives, and their business significance).

• **Fluency in English reading and writing** (all project documentation and code are in English).

• **Strong collaborative mindset and a sense of ownership/responsibility for the project**.

• Experience utilizing AI coding assistants (such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) in real projects **with a verification mindset** (not blindly trusting AI outputs).

• Experience in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Agent projects.

• Experience in SQL data extraction.

• Background in financial risk management, KYC, compliance, or anti-fraud.
