This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to produce actionable insights.
• Develop and sustain tools, dashboards, and insights specifically for the Sales team.
• Create and apply rigorous statistical frameworks to assess incrementality.
• Convert ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical strategies.
• Write high-quality production code (Python, SQL, etc.) for handling large-scale datasets.
• Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Over 4 years of experience in a data science position, holding a degree in economics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience in constructing and maintaining data pipelines (e.g., DBT) and developing scalable dashboards.
• Strong background in causal inference and experimentation methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous and loosely defined problems.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communicator capable of translating complex technical ideas.
• Eager to collaborate with AI tools, possessing foundational knowledge of LLMs.
• Experience in the advertising sector, particularly within the programmatic space.
