This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and implement AI solutions utilizing machine learning models, including Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and predictive analytics tailored for healthcare applications.
• Design, test, and launch AI solutions in both cloud and on-premises settings, ensuring reliability, scalability, and tangible real-world outcomes.
• Handle extensive healthcare datasets, engaging in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training while adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
• Integrate and enhance AI solutions within Gainwell’s current technology ecosystem, partnering with engineering teams for seamless incorporation.
• Continuously observe, adjust, and improve AI solutions for precision, efficiency, and speed, utilizing best practices in MLOps.
• Keep abreast of the most recent advancements in AI and machine learning, investigating new technologies and methodologies to improve solution efficacy.
• Ensure AI implementations comply with healthcare industry regulations, ethical AI standards, and data privacy protocols.
• Discover opportunities to automate workflows and optimize business processes through AI-driven solutions.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, emphasizing the development and deployment of AI solutions.
• Practical experience in production operations that involve machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI.
• Proficient programming skills in Python, AI Agent Frameworks (such as Langchain, Crew.ai), TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other related AI frameworks.
• Experience in developing, deploying, and fine-tuning large language models (such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar) for practical applications, including prompt engineering, model optimization, and improving inference efficiency.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps for scalable AI implementations.
• Expertise in big data technologies (like Spark, Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL databases).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of transforming business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare and understanding of regulatory compliance (such as HIPAA, CMS) is beneficial.
