This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and implement risk-based audit and sampling strategies across classification, reference data, and governed datasets.
• Evaluate outputs against established rules, definitions, and quality benchmarks, documenting evidence of pass/fail outcomes.
• Measure quality across various dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness) and monitor trends over time.
• Assess the effectiveness of human-in-the-loop reviews, pinpointing areas where validation fails to detect errors.
• Analyze the root causes of quality concerns and suggest enhancements to rules, processes, or training initiatives.
• Generate comprehensive audit findings, scorecards, and assurance reports for governance and leadership oversight.
• Preserve audit trails and sufficient evidence to withstand both internal and external reviews.
• Collaborate with Governance to enhance rules and thresholds based on identified failure trends.
• 3–6 years of experience in data quality, auditing, data governance, analytics, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in designing sampling or audit methodologies and objectively measuring quality.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with spreadsheets, SQL, or data analysis tools.
• Competence in testing outputs against established rules and standards while clearly documenting evidence.
• Good judgment and the ability to report findings with objectivity.
• Understanding of data quality dimensions and assurance methodologies.
• Experience with AI/ML-assisted classification and human-in-the-loop processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with DAMA / DMBOK is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
