This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Collaborate with audit team members and IT personnel to establish audit objectives, engagement scopes, and testing strategies that align with departmental standards and risk priorities.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of IT audit engagements, which include SOX ITGC testing, risk-based technology assessments, and validation of issues.
• Analyze and summarize data to detect control deficiencies, process inefficiencies, or breaches of policies, procedures, or regulations.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to audit leadership and business stakeholders.
• Monitor audit findings, conduct validation testing on defined remediation plans, and present the status of remediation efforts to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance controls, boost operational effectiveness, and minimize risk exposure throughout technology and business processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Up to 2+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
