This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Conduct investigations and resolve discrepancies in company and contact data, including duplicates and exceptions within Dodge’s master data ecosystem.
• Examine data quality trends to uncover root causes and suggest corrective measures or enhancements to processes.
• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) for creating entities, making updates, merging records, and resolving conflicts.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to manage task execution, offer guidance, and ensure quality assurance of outputs.
• Develop and sustain reports and dashboards that monitor data quality key performance indicators (KPIs) and team performance metrics.
• Oversee and uphold data standards, classification protocols, and definitions of taxonomy.
• Assess automation outputs and identify gaps or anomalies that necessitate human review.
• Address internal and client-facing inquiries about the accuracy of company and contact data, delivering findings from investigations and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sourcing teams to advance CEM roadmap initiatives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data operations, master data management, digital operations, or business transformation.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python programming.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience adhering to and contributing to SOPs, quality frameworks, or operational processes.
• Capability to discern patterns in data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Background in working within cross-functional or distributed teams, including coordination with offshore or vendor teams.
• Understanding of data governance principles and quality assurance practices.
