Data Protection Auditor – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Coordinating and executing data protection audits in collaboration with Group Data Protection

• Detecting deficiencies in data protection practices

• Drafting comprehensive audit reports

• Overseeing corrective measures and performing follow-up audits

• Providing regular updates to Group Data Protection, especially concerning existing risks

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Law, or a similar qualification

• Ideally, prior experience as an auditor

• Preferably certified as a data protection expert and/or auditor, such as GDDCert, BvD, TÜV, CISA/ISACA

• Fundamental understanding of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)

• Methodical approach with a focus on goals and results

• Proficient in English in addition to German
