Data Programs Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of retailer onboarding from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage.

• Oversee the health of weekly scan data submissions across the entire retailer network.

• Act as the main point of contact for all communications with retailers and CPG partners.

• Generate the weekly health dashboard to track program performance.

• Collaborate with Scan Data Engineering to ensure the technical setup and testing submissions are finalized.

• Supervise each submission cycle and directly communicate with retailers regarding action items.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, implementation management, operations, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple simultaneous workstreams.

• Proficient in managing end-to-end processes.

• Experience with ticketing and project tracking systems (such as Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable serving as the primary external contact for retailers and CPG partners.

• Background in coordinating efforts across engineering, customer success, and business teams.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
