• Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of data as a product by collaborating with customers and internal teams to establish a market-leading data offering.
• Track internal processes and product performance through Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and data quality indicators; identify challenges and implement corrective measures.
• Manage the data product roadmap and backlog: outline epics, create user stories with acceptance criteria, and prioritize deliveries based on customer value, risk, and feasibility.
• Formulate a strategic plan to advance current data capabilities into a top-tier data product (including data access, packaging, governance, pricing/entitlements, and customer experience).
• Drive requirements alongside the established enterprise IT data management team to access, model, and transform data into customer-ready insights and products.
• Collaborate across various functions including IT engineering, analytics, security, legal/compliance, and customer teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable data products.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 years in product ownership/management, technical program management, or analytics roles focused on delivering data platforms, data products, or API-enabled capabilities.
• Practical experience with Power BI (or similar tools) for KPI definition, dashboard creation, and performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of cloud data warehousing and analytics patterns; experience with Snowflake is preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs (including REST concepts, authentication/authorization, versioning) and understanding how customers programmatically consume data products.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and lifecycle (feature definition, evaluation metrics, monitoring/drift) and collaboration with data science teams to deliver ML-enabled products.
• Awareness of ML Ops practices (model deployment, monitoring, drift detection) and experimentation/A-B testing methodologies.
• Proficient understanding of agile practices and tools (e.g., Scrum/Kanban; Jira/Azure DevOps).
