This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery of data as a product—collaborating with customers and internal teams to create a leading data solution.
• Track internal processes and product performance through Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and data quality indicators; pinpoint issues and initiate corrective measures.
• Manage the data product roadmap and backlog: outline epics, craft user stories with acceptance criteria, and prioritize delivery based on customer value, risk, and feasibility.
• Formulate a strategic plan to advance existing data capabilities into a top-tier data product (e.g., data access, packaging, governance, pricing/entitlements, and customer experience).
• Lead requirements coordination with the established enterprise IT data management team to access, model, and transform data into insights and products ready for customers.
• Collaborate across functions with IT engineering, analytics, security, legal/compliance, and customer teams to produce secure, reliable, and scalable data products.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years or more of experience in product ownership/management, technical program management, or analytics roles delivering data platforms, data products, or API-enabled capabilities.
• Practical experience with Power BI (or similar) for KPI definition, dashboard creation, and performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of cloud data warehousing and analytics patterns; experience with Snowflake is preferred.
• Knowledge of APIs (REST concepts, authentication/authorization, versioning) and how customers programmatically consume data products.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and lifecycle (feature definition, evaluation metrics, monitoring/drift) and collaboration with data science teams to deliver ML-enabled products.
• Knowledge of ML Ops practices (model deployment, monitoring, drift detection) and experimentation/A-B testing.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum/Kanban; Jira/Azure DevOps).
