Data Product Delivery Lead, Climate Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the main delivery partner assisting CSA teams in developing solution strategies, delivery plans, and customer engagement approaches across commercial and operational sectors.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders in areas such as parts, pricing, sales operations, marketing, service, and analytics to establish data product requirements and measurable results.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications, delivery timelines, and value-driven product backlogs.

• Manage the full lifecycle of data products that support use cases including pricing optimization, parts availability insights, lead scoring, external data enrichment, customer segmentation, and commercial performance analytics.

• Ensure that data products adhere to medallion architecture principles (bronze/silver/gold) to maintain quality, scalability, and reusability.

• Supervise the design and development of data pipelines, transformations, and models utilizing SQL, Python, and contemporary ETL/ELT frameworks.

• Collaborate with commercial, operational, customer success, and engineering teams to guarantee alignment in strategy, delivery, and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Management role, overseeing end-to-end product delivery, including the execution of product roadmaps.

• More than 5 years of experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration across all organizational sectors.

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles focused on building data models and production-quality data products.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.

• Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. Visa sponsorship is not available.
