This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Clean raw datasets by identifying and correcting data errors, eliminating duplicates, managing missing values, and ensuring data consistency from survey platforms such as Qualtrics and Alchemer, and prepare them for analysis using tools like Excel, SPSS, or R.

• Standardize and reformat raw data into accessible formats for analysis, ensuring alignment with research objectives and client requirements.

• Generate frequency tables, cross-tabulations, and summary statistics to facilitate insights reporting and client presentations.

• Apply weights to datasets and create frequency tables and crosstabs as required.

• Integrate data from various sources, including surveys, tracking studies, and spreadsheets, into cohesive datasets for analysis and reporting.

• Prepare clean, well-labeled datasets and export them to designated formats such as Excel, CSV, or SPSS, accompanied by appropriate documentation.

• Conduct thorough checks to guarantee data accuracy and completeness before delivery.

• Collaborate closely with research analysts, project managers, and survey programmers to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.

• Categorize qualitative text responses either manually or semi-automatically using coding frameworks to facilitate quantitative analysis.

• Utilize scripting languages or tools to automate repetitive tasks, including Python, R, or Excel macros.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in a data processing role or similar, ideally within a market research context.

• Proficiency in Excel and at least one data processing or statistical tool such as SPSS, R, or Python.

• Familiarity with survey data and a solid understanding of market research methodologies.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• **Preferred:**

• Experience with online survey platforms like Qualtrics, Alchemer, or Decipher.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Familiarity with SQL or relational databases.
