This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Coordinating and executing data protection/privacy audits in collaboration with Group Data Protection

• Detecting gaps in data protection/privacy measures

• Compiling audit documentation

• Overseeing corrective actions and performing follow-up audits

• Providing regular updates to Group Data Protection, particularly concerning current risks

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Law, or a comparable qualification

• Preferably previous experience in an auditing role

• Ideally holds a certification as a data protection specialist and/or auditor (e.g., GDDCert, BvD, TÜV, CISA/ISACA)

• Fundamental understanding of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)

• Methodical approach combined with goal and results orientation

• Proficient in English in addition to German

• Dependability and a proactive attitude

• Openness to travel; approximately 50% of working time dedicated to audit-related activities
