Data Platform Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines tailored for RCM applications.

• Create ingestion frameworks capable of handling both structured and unstructured data (such as claims, remits, and account notes).

• Execute ETL/ELT processes along with data transformation logic.

• Construct and uphold enterprise data lake and data fabric architectures.

• Integrate data across various enterprise systems and APIs.

• Guarantee data quality, lineage, and governance standards.

• Provide data services that support AI/ML and analytics workflows.

• Deploy and oversee data workloads in cloud environments utilizing contemporary DevOps methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least SEVEN (7)+ years of comprehensive work experience.

• Proven experience in building and deploying data pipelines and platforms in a production setting.

• Proficient in SQL and Python programming languages.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Experience in ETL/ELT processes and large-scale data processing.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and governance practices.

• Experience in integrating enterprise data sources and APIs.

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and data engineering frameworks.

• Expertise in data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and large-scale data processing.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (including Azure Data Factory, AWS, GCP).

• Experience with data lake and data fabric architectures.

• Proficient in both structured and unstructured data integration.

• Knowledge of API integration and data ingestion methodologies.

• Experience in data quality, governance, and lineage tracking.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps principles for data pipelines.

• Experience with distributed processing technologies (such as Spark or equivalent).

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale production data systems.
