Data & Platform Analyst – Real Estate Portfolio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Convert unstructured IT logs and documentation into optimized vector embeddings.

• Ensure the health and performance of vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.

• Develop knowledge graphs and semantic layers to provide context for agentic AI.

• Establish automated data guardrails to identify noise, bias, and personally identifiable information.

• Detect and address data quality issues at their origin.

• Construct, deploy, and sustain CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure.

• Maintain the freshness and reliability of data context.

• Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in data mining, data storage, and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) procedures.

• Proven experience in developing data pipelines and utilizing tools such as Glue, Databricks, Synapse, or Dataproc.

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, DB2, and MongoDB.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues, translating business needs into technical requirements.

• Preferred experience as a Data Engineer and/or in cloud modernization.

• Data modeling experience is a plus.

• Professional certification is desirable.

• Cloud platform certification is an advantage.

• Familiarity with social coding and integrated development environments, such as GitHub and Visual Studio, is preferred.

• A degree in a scientific discipline is preferred.
