This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Assist in the deployment of a global real estate system (SAP / Planon) by actively engaging in data migration and quality assurance tasks.
• Evaluate source data supplied by external partners (e.g., CBRE), ensuring it meets criteria for completeness, consistency, and usability.
• Establish and implement data mapping between source and target systems, focusing on both field-level and value-level mappings.
• Create and apply data transformation rules to ensure legacy data aligns with the requirements of the target system.
• Verify data loads and confirm overall data readiness for the deployment of SAP / Planon.
• Identify, document, and monitor data defects, inconsistencies, and missing data points, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Assist during testing phases, including data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders while maintaining responsibility for assigned data tasks.
• Operate independently with a strong sense of accountability, ensuring tasks are completed without the need for direct oversight.
• Attend occasional on-site alignment meetings in Prague as necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in data migration, data quality, or data analysis within intricate system implementations.
• Strong technical and analytical aptitude with a proactive approach to data management.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with structured data sets.
• Experience in managing vendor-supplied data extracts, with an understanding of their structure and limitations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the responsibilities of source versus target systems in data migration processes.
• Familiarity with data transformation tools or frameworks (e.g., PySpark, Databricks is a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the capability to document issues clearly and follow through to resolution.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and operate in a self-motivated manner.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate within a global project environment.
• Experience with SAP is highly advantageous; familiarity with Planon is greatly valued.
• Background in real estate data domains (e.g., lease, space, asset data) is beneficial.
• Knowledge of data quality tools (e.g., Attaccama) is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to be located in the Czech Republic with occasional presence in Prague.
• Candidates are required to provide a criminal record extract not older than three months.
