This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Assist in comprehensive data migration processes between legacy systems and target platforms.

• Extract, map, transform, and load (ETL) data in accordance with established business and technical specifications.

• Document data mapping, transformation rules, and migration methodologies.

• Verify migrated data to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

• Analyze and detect data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors within existing systems.

• Conduct data cleanup tasks to standardize and enhance datasets.

• Establish data quality checks, validation criteria, and monitoring systems.

• Partner with business teams to establish data standards and governance protocols.

• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across different systems.

• Generate reports and dashboards to showcase data quality metrics.

• Collaborate closely with IT, business analysts, and functional teams to comprehend data requirements.

• 2–6+ years of experience in data analysis, migration, or quality assurance roles.

• Strong command of SQL and data querying techniques.

• Proficiency in data transformation and ETL methodologies.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation).

• Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, etc.

• Understanding of data governance and quality frameworks.

• Experience in system implementation or migration projects.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
