
Data Migration and Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist both new and existing clients with the onboarding process of IP data.
• Conduct data mapping and handle intricate datasets with a high degree of precision.
• Transition clients’ data into our designated format.
• Collaborate and gather necessary inputs from clients and internal teams.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer records.
• Address issues directly or involve other internal resources to guarantee that all client concerns are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
• Keep abreast of system modifications and updates.
• Collaborate closely with customer success, product, and other internal team leaders to enhance customer experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a data or implementation-focused role that supports SaaS or professional web-based solutions.
• At least 2 years’ experience working remotely.
• High level of proficiency in Excel (including sorting/filtering and Vlookups).
• Familiarity with Customer Success Management tools (e.g., Vitally/ChurnZero).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management skills (ability to manage multiple data migrations simultaneously).
• Capability to identify gaps in personal knowledge and seek guidance accordingly.
• Ability to empathize with and advocate for our clients.
• Quick learner with the ability to teach others new concepts.
• A good sense of humor and a passion for nerdy topics.
• Experience in intellectual property is preferred, but not mandatory for application.
