Data Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Overseeing intricate data processes

• Maintaining data integrity

• Facilitating services across various teams

• Assessing performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Executing bulk data mapping, enrichment, and cleansing tasks

• Carrying out data quality assessments and resolving discrepancies

• Collaborating with IT, data governance, and data management teams

• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and service effectiveness

• Ensuring adherence to project and client standards

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in data analysis or data operations

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is mandatory

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in English

• Willingness to travel to client offices within the EU
