This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Play a key role in the technical execution of the data team's deliverables.

• Enhance and prioritize the data roadmap.

• Synchronize metrics and definitions with domain owners throughout the organization.

• Serve as the technical liaison between the data team and Engineering.

• Constantly assess the technology stack, architecture, and application of AI.

• Uphold data governance standards.

• Oversee team management activities including performance evaluations, hiring, and promotions.

• Provide visibility into objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliverables for leadership.

• Experience in travel-related companies or marketplaces.

• Background in a product-focused company (not in consulting).

• Proven experience in coordinating data teams or managing data projects.

• Formal experience in people management (hiring, performance evaluations, promotions).

• Familiarity with DBT and a cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery or Snowflake.

• Knowledge of data ingestion tools like Airbyte, Fivetran, or equivalent.

• Proficient in advanced SQL.

• Competent in Python for analysis and automation tasks.

• Experience with modern BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Robust data infrastructure.

• Strong data governance practices.

• Access to dashboards and AI capabilities.
