This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee data projects from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring clear direction, prioritization, and timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to grasp analytical needs and convert them into impactful data products.
• Develop comprehensive Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models that provide actionable insights across the organization.
• Construct, maintain, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and systems that collect, integrate, process, and present data.
• Lead and promote best practices in data architecture, modeling, governance, and documentation.
• Serve as the internal expert for Power BI and data warehousing, offering guidance to the broader organization.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance data quality, accessibility, and data-driven decision-making.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, engineering, or related hybrid roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining data warehouse structures and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership when necessary.
• Experience in establishing standards and advocating best practices in data processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in English communication, both oral and written.
