This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Location: Candidates must be based in Metro Manila or the nearby southern regions (Laguna, Cavite).

• Data Oversight: Oversee data exports from legacy POS systems, including QuickBooks, Decor Fusion, RockSolid, and others.

• Manual Data Entry: Execute data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Tool Utilization: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, internal Google tools, and Microsoft Excel to enhance and support your work.

• Education: A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and point-of-sale systems.

• Attention to Detail: A keen emphasis on accuracy and precision in all assignments.

• Equipment: Must have a dependable high-speed internet connection and your own laptop.

• Work Schedule: Must be available to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time.

• Overtime and Flexibility: Should be willing to work overtime during client go-live events and be on-call as required.

• Full-Time Commitment: This position is full-time and requires flexibility, especially during go-live events.

• Independent Contractor Status: You will be registered with the BIR as an Independent Contractor, responsible for your own tax filings and payments.
