Data Journalist

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance JamesEdition’s Data Insights as a member of the Marketing team.

• Convert proprietary and open-source data into valuable insights.

• Oversee the data content stream, which includes articles, reports, and insights.

• Work in collaboration with Data Engineering, managing the complete process of sourcing, analyzing, and validating data.

• Review and critically evaluate the tone of editorial content.

• Proven experience in establishing brand authority through data.

• Strong aptitude for data visualization, creating visuals that clarify complex market data.

• Demonstrated editorial judgment in selecting and providing context for data.

• Firm commitment to data integrity and responsible interpretation of results.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, preferably SQL and/or Python.

• Experience with proprietary datasets, APIs, and open data sources.

• Excellent communicator capable of discussing and collaboratively enhancing insights.
