This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data integration pipelines and workflows that cater to organizational data requirements and align with the broader goals of the company.
• Investigate and resolve intricate data challenges by utilizing SQL and internal tools to validate imports, analyze transformation logic, and ensure data integrity within Ellevation’s platform.
• Assess data sources and integration needs to identify efficient technical solutions, demonstrating sound judgment within established processes and procedures.
• Clearly communicate technical data challenges to non-technical stakeholders, translating findings into actionable insights and subsequent steps.
• Independently manage assigned projects and tasks by proactively overseeing timelines, adapting to changing priorities, and escalating blockers or risks when necessary.
• Foster collaborative relationships across teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives by actively learning how integration work relates to broader company operations.
• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing by documenting integration processes, data flows, troubleshooting steps, and technical decisions clearly.
• Engage thoughtfully in team discussions by posing informed questions, sharing insights, and exercising good judgment in collaborative environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in data integration, data engineering, or a comparable technical role.
• Proficient knowledge of Python, YAML, JSON/ndJSON, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
• Proven ability to tackle problems of moderate scope, analyzing situations and data across various factors.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to clarify technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently, prioritize competing requests, and escalate blockers or risks in a timely manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a history of establishing productive internal and external working relationships.
