Data Integration Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary Data Integration Analyst for all designated clients, serving as their main contact for integration services.

• Provide prompt troubleshooting and solutions when clients face challenges with data integration.

• Proactively oversee systems to ensure integrations function as intended, addressing potential issues before they affect educational operations.

• Conduct strategic check-in meetings with clients to discuss upcoming system modifications and formulate proactive integration strategies.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Renaissance products, including specific rostering criteria and reporting data structures.

• Keep abreast of platform advancements through ongoing training and reviews of deployment updates.

• Convert client requirements into clearly defined technical specifications for internal teams.

• Work in collaboration with technical teams to guarantee the timely provision of customer integration solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in a relevant technical field, or a combination of education and related experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in customer service, including Renaissance customer service, support, and/or training.

• Preferred: Experience within the education sector.

• Familiarity with data integration techniques, SIS Software Vendors, and data providers (e.g., Clever).

• Basic SQL skills for fundamental data querying.

• Understanding of data security best practices.

• Proficient in Excel.
