This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of and lead the complete execution of projects through all four phases β ensuring a phased project plan, tracking milestones, and maintaining a steering committee cadence throughout the engagement.
β’ Perform a thorough audit of product, customer, and revenue data within Salesforce and NetSuite, documenting inconsistencies, orphaned records, ghost products, and misaligned hierarchies as structured deliverables.
β’ Reconcile recognized revenue in NetSuite with ARR/bookings data from Salesforce, quantifying and categorizing unassigned or misclassified revenue while tracing each discrepancy to its root cause.
β’ Organize and facilitate cross-functional working sessions with leadership from Finance, RevOps, Product, and Sales to align on canonical product hierarchy, customer parent/child structures, and data governance decisions.
β’ Implement deduplication, record merging, SKU standardization, and revenue re-attribution in Salesforce and NetSuite according to the agreed future-state design specifications.
β’ Create and document the future-state data architecture β including naming conventions, external ID strategy, bidirectional linking fields, data dictionary, and system-ready specifications for both platforms.
β’ Develop and operationalize the ongoing governance model, which encompasses a decision rights matrix, stewardship assignments, a data quality dashboard, and a change control process.
β’ Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for Finance, RevOps, and IT stakeholders and prepare downstream readiness documentation for initiatives related to Adaptive Insights, CPQ, and billing automation.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance operations, RevOps, or data governance within a B2B SaaS environment.
β’ Proven experience in managing projects related to cross-system data reconciliation and master data management.
β’ Practical expertise with NetSuite, covering customer records, revenue/ARM modules, product catalogs, and GL structures.
β’ Practical expertise with Salesforce, focusing on account hierarchy, product data, opportunity data, and data cleanup.
β’ Strong project management capabilities with the ability to foster alignment among Finance, RevOps, Product, and Technology stakeholders.
