• Develop and revise data classification schemas alongside fundamental data standards.
• Assist in data and AI compliance initiatives by documenting requirements and preserving internal records.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to comprehend data usage and accurately represent that usage in governance artifacts.
• Manage governance inventories and registries (e.g., tools, data use cases, classifications).
• Monitor open items, recognize risks or gaps, and keep stakeholders updated to facilitate concurrent progress.
• Excellent writing skills with the capability to convert complex concepts into clear, actionable documentation.
• Background or basic understanding of data governance, data compliance, or data management concepts.
• Able to work autonomously while adhering to direction and posing insightful questions.
• Highly organized, reliable, and skilled at managing multiple workstreams.
• Effective, proactive communicator who ensures stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Interest in AI compliance and governance (experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
