Data Gathering Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Utilize Google Maps, Google Earth, satellite imagery tools, and property research platforms to search for and identify residential properties with south-facing roof orientations.

• Verify roof orientation and pertinent property characteristics by cross-referencing satellite view, street view, and available listing data.

• Methodically work through assigned geographic areas and target lists to ensure complete coverage.

• Identify and flag properties that meet established criteria while excluding those that do not.

• Gather and document address, publicly available owner information, roof orientation, property type, and other specified data points.

• Accurately enter collected data into designated spreadsheets, CRM systems, or tracking tools.

• Uphold consistent formatting and data standards for every entry.

• Achieve daily and weekly data volume goals without compromising accuracy.

• Conduct self-reviews of entries and rectify any errors prior to submission.

• Escalate any ambiguous or unclear property situations for supervisor review.

• Maintain a low error rate and take ownership of data quality.

• Deliver completed data sets on time and in the required format.

• Communicate progress, and promptly raise any delays, blockers, or data gaps.

• Organize and label files clearly to facilitate seamless handoffs.

• Exceptional attention to detail; data accuracy is the primary metric for success.

• Capable of conducting high-volume online research efficiently and consistently throughout the entire shift.

• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data entry and organization.

• Familiar with Google Maps, Google Earth, or satellite mapping tools, and confident in interpreting satellite images.

• Highly organized and methodical; able to work through lists comprehensively without skipping or approximating.

• Dependable and self-motivated; capable of managing workload and achieving targets without daily oversight.

• Proficient in written English to effectively hand over data sets and explain their contents.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a suitable remote work setup.

• Available full-time on a schedule that aligns with US Eastern business hours.

• Previous experience in data entry, data research, or lead generation is preferred.

• Familiarity with Zillow, Redfin, PropStream, or county assessor databases is advantageous.

• Experience in identifying roof orientation or property features using satellite or aerial imagery is preferred.

• Background in supporting solar, real estate, roofing, or construction lead generation pipelines is preferred.

• Experience handling large data sets and maintaining clean, standardized records is preferred.
