Data Finance Specialist – Business Operations Finance

• **About the Role**

• Generate intricate financial reports and analyses for management personnel across all business unit levels. Offer additional finance support and manage special projects as needed. Mentor financial analysts and collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager – Finance to create reports and models aimed at enhancing business operations.

• **What You'll Do**

• - Create monthly budget variance analysis and forecasting reports along with actionable recommendations.

• - Compile monthly key performance indicator metrics reports and analyze trends and influencing factors.

• - Construct financial and business models to equip the business with deeper insights for decision-making aimed at operational improvements.

• - Prepare and assess special projects and initiatives to deliver critical insights to business partners.

• - Conduct consolidation and analysis for annual strategic and financial planning.

• - Generate ad hoc reports, perform analyses, and manage special projects as required.

• - Examine underlying business elements that contribute to departmental expenses.

• - Provide essential feedback on capital appropriation proposals.

• - Execute financial reviews of vendors and assess Capital Appropriation Proposals.

• - Drive process improvement initiatives.

• - Uphold safety practices consistently and adhere to safety and ergonomic standards as detailed in relevant company manuals.

• - Education Minimum Required: Bachelor
