Data Entry Specialist, Fluent in English and German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support through email communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German (B1 or higher) and English (C1 or higher), both spoken and written.

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer support role.

• High level of discretion and awareness of data protection.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

• Technologically adept, with excellent system navigation skills.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft-based environments.

• Quick and accurate typing skills, with confidence in using multiple platforms.

• Proven skills in customer service communication.

• Ability to handle objections effectively.

• Structured and benefit-oriented communication style.

• Empathy and clear, professional communication.

• Capacity to apply communication skills across various customer interaction channels.

• Positive, proactive, and responsible work ethic.

• Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speed.
