• Proficiency in German (B1 or above) and English (C1 or above), both spoken and written

• 6 to 12 months of experience in customer support roles

• High degree of discretion and awareness regarding data protection

• Strong analytical and research abilities, along with effective problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy with robust system-handling capabilities, including familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft environments

• Quick and precise typing skills, with confidence in using multiple platforms

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service communication

• Ability to handle objections effectively

• Structured and solution-oriented communication style

• Empathetic with clear and professional communication

• Capability to consistently apply communication skills across various customer interaction channels

• Positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor

• Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds

• Fixed working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM GMT+3
