Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Review and organize legal documents using internal systems and email.

• Engage in continuous training to enhance understanding of the industry and processes.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they occur.

• Complete additional projects as assigned.

• No prior experience required; experience in data entry is a plus.

• Strong preference for candidates with technical experience.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.

• Outstanding attention to detail is required.

• A strong desire and capability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic proficiency is necessary.

• Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute is expected.
