Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Review and organize legal documents utilizing internal systems and email communications.

• Engage in continuous training to enhance knowledge of the industry and its processes.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they occur.

• Complete additional assignments as directed.

• No prior experience required; experience in data entry is advantageous.

• Strong technical skills are highly preferred.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Ability to execute repetitive tasks with precision.

• Outstanding attention to detail is necessary.

• A strong desire and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office at a basic level is required.

• Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute is expected.
