Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Review and organize legal documents utilizing internal systems and email.

• Engage in continuous training to enhance understanding of the industry and processes.

• Address and resolve discrepancies as they emerge.

• Execute additional projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience required; experience in data entry is advantageous.

• Proficiency with technology is highly preferred.

• Must be capable of reading, writing, and speaking in English.

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.

• Outstanding attention to detail is essential.

• Willingness and capability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Familiarity and basic skills with Microsoft Office are required.

• Typing speed ranging from 50 to 60 words per minute.
