• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative support position.
• Fast and precise typing skills, with a preference for at least 45 WPM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM or database management systems is a plus.
• Good written communication skills for internal correspondence.
• A Matric certificate is required; a relevant diploma or certificate is advantageous.
