This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Responsible for recruiting and assembling a highly effective team.
• Ensure optimal utilization of team members by promptly staffing projects and other engagements.
• Collaborate with Go-to-market and Account teams to grasp customer needs and expectations.
• Conduct regular check-ins with team members.
• Provide consistent feedback and acknowledge outstanding performance.
• Serve as a role model for the team by promoting integrity and adherence to processes.
• Foster a positive team environment and prioritize the well-being of team members.
• Develop and sustain a consistent team operating rhythm.
• Actively contribute to the enhancement of the competency unit within Lingaro.
• Assist team members in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction in their tasks.
• Work with ADMs on effort estimation and costing for offers.
• Ensure profitability at both the team and individual levels.
• Capable of performing in at least one of the following roles: Data Engineering Tech Lead, Data Engineering Architect, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Engagement Manager, Project Manager.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Background in people management, customer management, and project delivery.
• Strong, proven knowledge and experience in the fields of Data Engineering and Data Management.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across varying levels of seniority and maturity.
• Strong communication abilities and effective stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing medium-sized projects.
• Good understanding of the business value of analytical solutions for Lingaro customers, as well as insights into Lingaro's operations and key factors affecting customer satisfaction.
• In-depth understanding of the customer's business and the role of IT in service delivery.
• Capacity to integrate technical and business topics.
• Excellent client relations skills.
• Familiarity and proven experience with AI tools and frameworks that expedite the D&A delivery process (e.g., Claude code, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• Strong presentation skills.
• High ambition, motivation, and passion for achieving unprecedented goals.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level.
