This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design, maintain, and enhance data ingestion and transformation pipelines utilizing a medallion architecture.

• Create and oversee integrations between the data lake and external applications such as Octadesk, Salesforce, and others.

• Establish observability mechanisms to ensure proactive failure detection, performance monitoring, and cost management.

• Work collaboratively with product, BI, and engineering teams to comprehend requirements and develop scalable data solutions.

• Record processes, pipelines, and technical decisions to support maintenance and onboarding for new team members.

• Product Mindset: Capability to grasp the influence of data on business outcomes, extending beyond mere coding.

• Communication and Collaboration: Proficiency in engaging with cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Attitude: A proactive approach to problem-solving, organization, a focus on quality, and a dedication to ongoing learning.

• Languages: Strong expertise in Python and SQL.

• Big Data: Familiarity with Databricks, Apache Spark, and distributed processing.

• Cloud (AWS): Understanding of S3, Glue, Lambda, and IAM services.

• Architecture and Modeling: Acquaintance with Medallion Architecture, Delta Lake, Parquet, and data modeling.

• Tools and Practices: Experience with pipeline orchestrators, API integration, and version control using Git.
