Data Engineer – Snowflake, Data Bricks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Enhance technical skills through a dedicated Data Engineering Academy centered on Snowflake and Databricks.

• Engage in a comprehensive 1-month program tailored for professionals with a solid background in data engineering, analytics, or BI development.

• Contribute to enterprise-level initiatives upon completing the program.

• Collaborate with teams at the client’s offices located in Monterrey, Nuevo León after finishing the academy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience (post-graduation) in roles such as Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or BI Developer is required.

• Proficient experience with Python and SQL.

• Familiarity with ETL processes.

• Understanding of data modeling concepts.

• Basic knowledge of Apache Spark.

• Experience using Git.

• Knowledge of Cloud environments.

• Familiarity with JSON.

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher, with a preference for C1-C2 level).

• A Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technology disciplines is required.

• Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, quick learning, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.
